The migration of the barn swallow from the United Kingdom to South Africa was established December the 23rd 1912, when a bird ringed by James Masefield in its nest was found in Natal. This bird can achieve very long migrations and has been spotted regularly in Hawaii, the Bermudas, Greenland, Tristan da Cunha and the Falklands.

It will stand out in your garden, giving it a touch a color and poetry.

Cut, shaped, welded and painted entirely by hand at our workshop in Harare. We take great care to achieve resemblance in morphology, color and attitude.
