Terms and Conditions
The present terms and conditions are contracted between SARL A&P, registered in the Nimes commercial register, N° SIRET: 419 568 845 00012, hereinafter referred to as “A&P”, and any natural person or legal entity wishing to proceed with a purchase via “A&P” website, hereinafter named “the Buyer”. Contractual object The following terms and conditions aim to define the contractual relationship between A&P and the Buyer and the applicable conditions for any purchase made via the A&P commercial website, whether the purchaser is professional or consumer. Purchasing a product via the present website requires the Buyer’s acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions without reservation. These conditions of sale will prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressively formerly agreed by A&P. A&P reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time. In that case, the applicable conditions will be the ones in effect at the date of the order by the Buyer. Characteristics of goods and services proposed: The products and services for sale are listed in the catalogue published online on A&P website. These products and services are offered within the limit of stocks available. Each product is accompanied by a description made by the supplier. The pictures in the catalogue are the as accurate as possible but cannot ensure complete similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding the colors. Prices
The prices that figure in the catalogue are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. A&P reserves the right to modify these prices at any time; however being understood that the price which appears on the website when the order is placed shall be the price applied to the Buyer. The given prices include (or do not include) order processing, transportation and shipping costs if they occur in the geographical areas provided below. Geographical areas The online sale of products and services presented on the site is reserved exclusively for customers residing in the metropolitan France or Monaco and for deliveries requested in those geographic areas. Orders The Buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service must: • complete the identification sheet on which the Buyer will provide all the data requested or a customer number if he or she has one; • complete the order form online providing all the references of products or services selected; • validate his or her order after verifying the same; • make the payment under the conditions stipulated; • confirm his or her order and payment. |
